钢靶分层厚度抗平头弹侵彻能力的影响规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究不同分层厚度靶板的抗侵彻特性,利用LS-DYNA软件对长杆弹侵彻多层靶板的过程进行了数值模拟,得到了长杆弹侵彻不同分层厚度(靶板厚度T与杆弹直径D之比,厚径比T/D)靶板的侵彻深度,并进行了平头弹侵彻半无限靶板的仿真与试验研究,验证了仿真材料参数的准确性,研究结果表明:当杆弹速度V≤1000 m/s时,侵彻深度最小的靶板分层厚径比为6,当杆弹的速度在1000 m/s<V≤1600 m/s时,抗侵彻性能最好的靶板分层厚径比是5。 In order to study the anti-penetration ability of target with different layered thickness,the process of long-rod projectile penetrating multi-layered target is simulated by LS-DYNA software,and the penetration depth of long-rod projectile penetrating target with different layered thickness(ratio of target plate thickness T to long-rod projectile diameter D,ratio of thickness to diameter T/D)is obtained.In addition,the simulation and experimental study of flat-nosed projectile penetrating semi-infinite target are carried out,which verified the accuracy of simulation material parameters.The results show when the rod velocity is less than 1000 m/s,the thickness-diameter ratio of layered target with minimum penetration depth is T/D=6,and when the rod velocity is greater than 1000 m/s and less than 1600 m/s,the thickness-diameter ratio of the target with the best penetration resistance is T/D=5.
