不孕女性情感反应与抗逆力生成的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on the Emotional Response and Resilience of Infertile Women

对那些将生育子女视为社会角色和身份认同之关键的女性而言,不孕及其治疗是充满挣扎、奋斗与痛苦的历程。基于个案访谈分析不孕女性的情感反应和抗逆力生成机制的研究发现,女性在获悉自己患上不孕症后,会出现震惊与否认、内疚与愤怒、抑郁与孤独、焦虑与无助等负面的消极情绪。面对困局,她们逐渐接受不孕的事实,想方设法赋予不幸以意义;转变认知,作出适应性改变;昂首向前,联结社会关系。这其中,社会关系网络和我国传统文化是其抗逆力生成的重要资源。总之,在不孕女性身上展现出来的既接续传统又涵摄现代观念的调适潜能,正是其抗逆力生成过程、动力机制与社会效应的呈现。

For women who value the social role and identity of having children,infertility and its treatment are full of pain and struggle.The study analyzes the emotional response and the mechanism of resistance of infertile women based on case interviews.According to the findings,women have such negative emotions as shock and denial,guilt and anger,depression and loneliness,anxiety and helplessness.Faced with difficulties,they gradually accept the fact of infertility and try to give meaning to the misfortune;change cognition and make adaptive changes;keep their head up and connect social relations.Social network and Chinese traditional culture are the important resources of its resilience.In short,their adaptive potential,which not only inherits tradition but also assimilates modern ideas,is the embodiment of the generation process,dynamic mechanism and social effect of resistance.
