聚合物驱后新型凝胶-表面活性剂复合驱油技术 被引量:4

Gel-Surfactant Composite Oil Displacement Technology after Polymer Flooding

摘要 为进一步提高聚合物驱后油藏的采收率,开展新型聚合物凝胶-表面活性剂复合驱油技术室内研究,在评价了新型聚合物凝胶和表面活性剂基本性能的基础上,开展驱油性能评价实验。结果表明,新型聚合物凝胶具有良好的成胶性能和封堵性能,在模拟地层条件下能对不同渗透率的岩心产生有效封堵;表面活性剂TYF-101具有良好的界面活性和润湿反转性能,当其质量分数为0.5%时,能使油水界面张力值达到最小,使储层岩心由油润湿转变为中性润湿。聚合物驱后分别采用新型聚合物凝胶-表面活性剂复合驱、单独新型聚合物凝胶驱或单独超高分子量聚合物驱的采收率增幅分别为17.0%、10.3%和12.0%。矿场试验结果表明,H油田常规聚合物驱后采用新型聚合物凝胶-表面活性剂复合驱油,达到良好的降水增油效果。 A new polymer gel-surfactant composite flooding technology was developed in order to further enhance oil recovery of reservoir after polymer flooding.The oil displacement performance evaluation experiments of polymer gel-surfactant composite flooding was carried out based on the evaluation of the basic properties of new polymer gel and surfactant.The results show that the new polymer gel has good gelling property and plugging performance.Under simulated formation conditions,it can effectively plug the cores of different permeability.Surfactant TYF-101 has good interfacial activity and wettability reversal property.When its mass fraction is 0.5%,the interfacial tension between oil and water can be minimized,so that the reservoir core can be changed from oil wetting to neutral wetting.After polymer flooding,the recovery efficiency increment of new polymer gel-surfactant composite flooding,the new polymer gel flooding alone and ultra-high molecular polymer flooding alone is 17.0%,10.3%and 12.0%respectively.The application of the new polymer gel-surfactant composite flooding in H oilfield after conventional polymer flooding achieves good water-reducing and oil-increasing effect.
