党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央创造性地丰富和发展了马克思主义廉政理论,系统阐述了新时代反腐败斗争理论的战略安排、体制机制、制度规训、价值导向、主体自觉、依靠力量和政治生态等内容体系,充分彰显了人民至上的人民情怀、高瞻远瞩的战略眼光、坚持治病救人的价值原则、勇于自我革命的历史担当、唯物辩证的科学方法,奠定了中国特色的反腐败理论的价值原则、战略方针、重要方法和条件保障等理论基石,为新时代推进全面从严治党向纵深发展提供理论指导和实践遵循。
