负压创面治疗技术治疗慢性创面患者的效果

Clinical experience and effect of negative pressure wound treatment technology in the treatment of chronic wounds

目的探讨在慢性创面患者中应用负压创面治疗技术的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月天津武清中医院收治的56例慢性创面患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组28例。对照组给予普通清创换药治疗,试验组给予负压创面治疗,比较两组植皮时间、愈合时间、住院总费用、疼痛程度。结果试验组植皮时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,住院总费用少于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压创面治疗技术应用于慢性创面患者中的效果显著,能够缩短植皮时间、愈合时间,减少住院费用,减轻疼痛感。

Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure wound treatment in chronic wounds.Methods 56 patients with chronic wounds admitted to Tianjin Wuqing Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the"random number table",28 patients in each group were named as the control group.The remaining patients were named as experimental group,and the experimental group was given negative pressure wound treatment.The average skin grafting time,average healing time,average total hospitalization cost and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,the average skin graft time,average healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group,the average total hospitalization cost of the experimental group were less than those of the conventional group,the VAS pain score of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tthe application of negative pressure wound treatment technology in chronic wounds has a significant effect,which can shorten the skin grafting time,healing time,reduce hospitalization expenses and pain,and the patients'pain is lighter,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
