摘要 利用甲基丙烯酸(MA)和混合醇[n(C16醇)∶n(C18醇)=8∶2]、苯乙烯(ST)、醋酸乙烯酯(FA)合成三元共聚物润滑油降凝剂.以甲苯为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,通过酯化和聚合反应制得.设计单因素和正交实验确定其最佳配比,得到最优制备条件:n(甲基丙烯酸混合醇酯)∶n(ST)∶n(FA)=5∶2∶2,催化剂用量为酸醇质量和的1.2%,甲苯用量为酸醇质量和的40%,引发剂用量为4种单体质量和的0.9%.采用红外表征进行官能团结构的分析,结果表明:其合成的目标产物与设计的分子结构相吻合.该降凝剂使长城润滑油厂生产的400SN润滑油基础油凝点降低5℃,对润滑油其他性质没有影响. In this experiment,a terpolymer lubricant pour point depressant was synthesized from maleic methacrylate( MA) and mixed alcohols( molar ratio C16 alcohol: C18 alcohol = 8∶ 2), styrene( ST) and vinyl acetate( FA). Toluene was used as solvent,p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst,benzoyl peroxide as initiator,a nd prepared through esterification and polymerization reaction. Single factor and orthogonal tests were used to determine the optimum value. The optimum preparation conditions were as follows∶ n( methacrylate mixed alcohol ester) ∶ n( ST) ∶ n( FA) = 5∶ 2∶ 2. The amount of catalyst was 1. 2 % of the sum of acid and alcohol. The amount of toluene was 40 % of the sum of acid and alcohol,and the amount of initiator was 0. 9 % of the sum of four monomers. The structure of functional group was analyzed by IR characterization. The results showed that the synthesized target product was in agreement with the designed molecular structure. The pour point of 400 SN lube base oil produced by the Great Wall lubricant plant was reduced by 5 ℃,which had no effect on other properties of lubricating oil.
