摘要
实验以石蜡、蜂蜡为主要原料,对汽车上光蜡的配方进行改性,研制出新型的水蜡乳液.通过对表面活性剂的HLB值以及水包油型(O/W)溶液的HLB值的研究,筛选出适宜的乳化剂.分别考察乳化剂质量分数、乳化温度、乳化时间、搅拌速度等乳化条件以及加剂方式对水蜡性能的影响.实验结果表明,最适宜的乳化条件为:乳化剂用量为产品质量的9%,乳化温度为80℃,乳化时间为50 min,搅拌转数为800 r/min.性能评价表明:所制备的水蜡安全环保,清洁去污、上光打蜡可以一步完成.
With paraffin wax and beeswax as the main raw materials, the formula of automobile polish wax was modified,and a new water wax emulsion was developed. Through the study of HLB value of surfactant and oil in water( O/W) solution, the suitable emulsifier was selected. The effects of emulsifier mass fraction,emulsifying temperature,emulsifying time, stirring speed and adding method on the properties of water wax were investigated. The results show that the optimum emulsifying conditions are as follows:the emulsifier dosage is 9 % of product mass, the emulsifying temperature is 80 ℃, the emulsifying time is 50 min,and the stirring rotation is 800 r/min. The performance evaluation shows that the prepared water wax is safe and environmental friendly,and can be cleaned,polished and waxed in one step.
