摘要 目前化工园区安全容量的评估仍没有统一的评估标准.根据化工园区风险管理特点,提出基于风险、WBS-RBS理论与AHP相结合的方法研究化工园区安全容量.从布局规划风险、园区固有风险、园区运输风险以及管理风险4个维度分解影响园区安全容量的风险,以安全为总目标建立WBS-RBS矩阵,多维度分析化工园区安全容量的影响因素,并采用AHP法确定各影响因素的权重系数.从风险的角度评定各风险重要程度.提出化工园区安全容量评估模型.此方法对化工园区安全容量的定性与定量评估起到指导作用. At present, there is no uniform evaluation standard for the safety capacity of chemical industrial park. According to he characteristics of risk management of chemical industrial park,a method based on risk,WBS-RBS theory and AHP is proposed to study the safety capacity of chemical industrial park.Based on the four dimensions of layout risk, inherent risk, transportation risk and management risk, the risk affecting the safety capacity of the park is decomposed. The WBS-RBS matrix is established with the overall goal of safety. Multidimensional analysis of factors affecting the safety capacity of chemical industrial park, the weight coefficient of each influence factor is determined by AHP method. Assess the importance of each risk from a risk perspective. The safety capacity evaluation model of chemical industrial park is proposed. This method can be used to guide the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the safety capacity of chemical industrial park.
