摘要
钼酸铵分光光度法是常用的用来测量水体中的总磷含量的一个方法,但由于个别水体中复杂成分多,对最终的分光值产生影响,造成结果高于实际值。针对地表水的几种除浊方法及处理的效果进行比较讨论,发现几种除浊方法均有一定的可操作性,偏差及回收率均在可接受范围内,可根据实验室条件及实际情况,选择除浊方法。
Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry is a commonly used method to measure the total phosphorus content in water bodies.However,due to the large number of complex components in individual water bodies,the final spectrophoto⁃metric value is affected,resulting in higher results than the actual value.Several methods of turbidization for surface water and their treatment effects were compared and discussed.It was found that these methods are operable to some extent,and their deviations and recoveries are within acceptable range.According to laboratory conditions and actual conditions,turbid⁃ity removal methods can be selected.
