叙事护理对晚期癌症主要照顾者预期性悲伤的影响

Effect of narrative nursing on anticipatory grief of main caregivers of patients with advanced cancer

目的观察叙事护理缓解晚期癌症患者主要照顾者预期性悲伤的效果。方法采用便利抽样法抽取晚期癌症患者主要照顾者60人,随机分为干预组和对照组各30人。对照组进行常规心理护理,干预组在此基础上进行叙事护理干预,干预前后应用预期性悲伤调查问卷评价主要照顾者的预期性悲伤水平。结果干预后干预组预期性悲伤总分及内疚、悲伤、焦虑3个维度得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论叙事护理干预能够缓解晚期癌症主要照顾者预期性悲伤水平。

Objective To observe whether narrative nursing can alleviate anticipatory grief level of the main caregivers of patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 60 main caregivers of patients with advanced cancer were enrolled and evenly randomized into 2 groups.The control group was given routine psychological care,while the intervention group was additionally given narrative nur-sing intervention.The Anticipatory Grief Questionnaire was used to evaluate the anticipatory grief level of the caregivers before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the total score and dimension(guilt,grief,anxiety)scores of anticipatory grief in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Narrative nursing intervention can alleviate anticipatory grief level of main caregivers of patients with advanced cancer.
