开放教育创新创业师资团队构建路径探析——基于广东省的调查数据 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家对创新创业人才需求的增加,构建和培育优质的师资团队应当受到重视。开放教育在教学管理、学习主体、教学模式等方面与本科院校、职业院校等普通高等学校存在较大区别,结合其特点对创新创业教育师资团队的构建进行研究十分必要。根据问卷调查与实地访谈的数据剖析了开放教育创新创业师资团队的现状,提出了其在制度保障、团队结构、教师教学能力、教学方式方法上的问题,并从开放大学体系出发,提出了改革课程管理模式、立足全省建设师资团队、完善教师提升管理机制、创新教学模式等意见和建议。 With the increasing demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,it is fundamental to pay special attention to the construction and cultivation of high-quality teachers’team.On account of the differences between open education and conventional higher education in terms of teaching management,learners and teaching mode,it is necessary to analyze the construction method of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers’team along with open education characteristics.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and field interviews,this paper analyzes the status quo of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers’team in open education and raise the problems regarding the institutional arrangement,teachers’team structure,teaching ability and teaching methods.Moreover,from the perspective of open universities,this paper responds the construction with the following proposal:reforming the curriculum management mode,constructing provincial teachers’team,enhancing teachers’ability improvement mechanism and innovating teaching mode.
