随迁老人社会教育问题与对策研究——以江苏常州为例

Social Education Problems and Countermeasures of the ElderlyMigrating to City-Take Changzhou City as an Example

随迁老人作为老年特殊群体,其形成是中国特殊历史背景及城市化速度加快导致,随迁老人社会化本质上的特殊性要求加强随迁老人的社会教育。随迁老人社会化程度关系社会的和谐发展,随迁老人社会教育是老年教育事业发展的重要组成部分,也是灵活开展社会教育的重要表现。目前而言,随迁老人社会化程度低与随迁老人社会教育现状不理想有密切关系。针对多方因素,应加强政府、社会及各级教育主体对随迁老人社会教育的关注,积极宣传随迁老人社会教育,激励随迁老人参与社会教育活动,提升随迁老人参与线上社会教育活动的技能,加强随迁老人参与社会教育的支持服务体系建设,加大随迁老人社会化教育资源开发和经费投入力度,从而提升随迁老人社会教育水平,促进随迁老人的社会化。

As a special group of the elderly,the formation of the elderly migrating to city is caused by the typical historical background of China and the acceleration of urbanization.The socialization nature of the elderly migrating to city requires that social education be strengthened.Since the socialization degree of the elderly migrating to city is closely related to the harmonious development of the society,their social education is integral to the development of the educational cause for the elderly,and is also an important expression of the flexible development of social education.Presently,the low degree of socialization of the elderly migrated has a close relation with their unsatisfactory social education status.Due to several factors,the following steps are required to be taken to improve the social education of the elderly migrating to city,such as attracting attention from the government,society and education department,promoting social education information for the elderly,encouraging the elderly to participate in social education activities,improving their skills to participate in online social education activities,strengthening the construction of support service system,enhancing the development of the social education resources,etc.
