良好的教学运行保障机制能够保证教学工作的顺利开展,最终提升教师的教学水平和促进学生的全面发展。针对开放教育教学发展现状,在系统办学、教学质量、学习支持服务三个方面解析现有的教学运行保障机制,需要从明确开放教育核心理念、重视学风和校园文化建设、提供优质课程资源和管理服务、有效运用信息技术、确定教学运行评价指标等方面来改进和完善开放教育教学运行保障机制。

A sound guarantee mechanism of teaching operation can ensure smooth teaching activities,and ultimately promote teachers’teaching ability and the all-round development of students.In view of the current development situation of open education,the existing teaching operation guarantee mechanism will be analyzed from three aspects,namely the system of school running,teaching quality and learning support service.It requires having clear concept on open education,attaching great importance to the academic atmosphere and the construction of campus culture,providing quality curriculum resources and management services,effective use of information technology,and having ascertain evaluation rubrics so as to improve and perfect the open education teaching operation guarantee mechanism.
