基于信息化技术的高素质教务管理团队建设研究——以云南开放大学为例

On the Construction of High-Quality Educational ManagementTeam Based on Information Technology:A Case Study of YunnanOpen University

随着教育教学的改革与发展,开放大学教务管理工作呈现出管理对象多样化、管理内容多面化、管理信息多元化等特点,对教务管理人员提出了更高的要求。在对云南开放大学办学形式和办学层次多样性背景下的教学管理实践研究分析的基础上,提出采取学校重视、建立有效激励机制、提升教务管理人员综合素质等措施,来建设一支适应教育教学改革和发展需要的开放大学高素质教务管理团队,助力学校教育教学质量的提升。

With the reform and development of education and teaching,the teaching administration of Open University presents the characteristics of diversified management objects,multi-faceted management contents and diversified management information,which puts forward higher requirements for the educational administrators.Based on the research and analysis of the teaching management practice of diversified schoolrunning forms and levels at Yunnan Open University,it is proposed to take measures such as gaining leadership attention,establishing an effective incentive mechanism,and improving the overall quality of the academic management staff to build a high-quality educational administration management team so as to meet the needs of its teaching reform and development,and promote its overall teaching quality as well.
