α-三噻吩和恶喹酸混合应用对松材线虫病的防治作用 被引量:3

摘要 为了探明α-T与OA的混合溶液对松材线虫病的防治方法和作用机理,采用α-三噻吩(α-T)与恶喹酸(OA)混合应用的方式对松材线虫的毒杀作用以及对其繁殖的影响进行研究,并研究α-T与OA 1︰1的混合溶液对接种松材线虫的离体黑松枝存活的影响。结果表明:当混合溶液浓度为5×10^(-7)g/mL时,对松材线虫的致死率可高达99%以上;当混合溶液浓度为5×10^(-8)g/mL时,可明显抑制松材线虫繁殖,抑制率可达92%以上;当混合溶液浓度为1×10^(-6)g/mL时,混合溶液对离体松枝具有保护作用,当松枝接受的药物质量浓度为1×10^(-6)g/g时,松枝的枯萎率(10%)远低于未施用药物的枯萎率(90%),且效果优于单独使用α-T或OA。 The toxic effect ofα-T and OA mixture on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was studied in this paper,and its impact on reproduction of PWN,its impact on survival of isolated Pinus thunbergii branches inoculated with PWN.The results showed:theα-T and OA were mixed as 1︰1,when the concentration of the mixed solution was 5×10^(-7)g/mL,the lethality rate of PWN was as higher as 99%.When the concentration was 5×10^(-8)g/mL,the mixed could inhibited the reproduction of PWN obviously with more than 92%inhibition rate.When the concentration was 1×10^(-6)g/g,the mixed had protective effect on Pinus thunbergii branches.The wilt rate was as low as 10%,which was much lower than 90%of the control group without drug applied,and the protective effect was better than that ofα-T or OA applied alone.
