新一代人工智能对教育领域的冲击是全方位的,在人工智能浪潮的冲击和影响下,高校辅导员工作将会面临新的改变。辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,应该主动熟悉人工智能技术的教育应用。从唯物辩证法视角来看,既要看到人工智能带给辅导员的新机遇,又应认识到它给辅导员带来的新挑战。人工智能时代高校辅导员的有效应对策略是:一是把握智能时代机遇,落实中心工作任务;二是践行双重角色使命,应对人工智能挑战;三是紧跟智能时代要求,加强专业化职业化发展。

The new generation of artificial intelligence(AI)has exerted an all-round influence on the education field.Facing the impact of the wave of the AI,the college counselors will see new changes in their work.As the backbone of ideological and political education to college students,they should actively familiarize themselves with the educational application of the AI technology.From the perspective of materialist dialectics,we should not only see the new opportunities but also the new challenges brought to counselors by the technology.In an era of the AI,the effective coping strategies for college counselors are:the first is to grasp the opportunities of the era and put in place the central tasks;the second is to fulfill the dual role mission and meet the challenges of AI;the third is to keep up with the requirements of the era and strengthen specialization and professionalization.
