摘要
负微分热阻效应是设计微纳热器件的理论基础。本文采用非平衡分子动力学模拟的方法,系统的研究了具有高阶非线性相互作用的一维质量梯度晶格中的热传导性质。计算了六次非线性势强度、系统尺寸对负微分热阻的影响,所得结果具有一定理论指导意义。
The negative differential thermal resistance is the theoretical basis for designing micro-nano thermal devices.In this paper,nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulation is used to systematically study the heat conduction properties of one-dimensional mass-graded lattices with high order nonlinear interactions.The effects of six-order nonlinear potential,system size on negative differential thermal resistance are calculated.The results have some theoretical guiding significance.
