摘要 为提高铁路信号专业设计建设期数据的应用价值,解决各级信号系统间数据共享标准不一的问题,建立以BIM技术为支撑的铁路信号专业运维管理模式,研究基于模型的数据交付和管理方案。首先,根据信号专业系统性运维特点,讨论模型竣工交付原则,提出专业-工程单元-系统-设备四级模型结构树构建方法和室内室外分类的模型命名规则,并分析运维模型需求,归纳各类设备的几何精度要求。其次,以铁路工程信息交换模板为基础,对运维阶段数据信息标准进行扩充和完善,增加基本信息、检修维护、生产作业、运行动态四类属性信息。最后,结合上述模型管理方法和信息标准,构建基于BIM的信号运维管理应用,实现模型库管理和静动态数据的归一化展示,提出的方法和标准适用于信号运维体系构建和信息集成,有利于提高数据共享能力和应用价值。 In order to improve the application value of the data during the design and construction period of the railway signal and solve the problem of the differences in data sharing standards between all levels of signal systems,a professional railway signal operation and maintenance management model is established supported by BIM technology,and model-based data delivery and management are studied.First,according to the characteristics of signal professional systematic operation and maintenance,the completion and delivery principles of the model are discussed,a four-level model structure tree construction method of professional-engineering unit-system-equipment and the indoor and outdoor classification model naming rules are proposed.The operation and maintenance model requirements are analyzed,and the geometric accuracy requirements of various types of equipment are summarized.Secondly,based on the railway engineering information exchange template,data information standards in operation and maintenance phase are expanded and improved,and four types of attribute information are added:basic information,overhaul and maintenance,production operation,and operation dynamics.Finally,combining the above-mentioned model management methods and information standards,a BIM-based signal operation and maintenance management application is constructed,which realizes the model library management and the normalized display of static and dynamic data.The proposed methods and standards are suitable for the construction of signal operation and maintenance system and for the information integration,which improves data sharing capability and application value.
