Running conscientious adult higher education is the basic requirement of the state,government,schools and students for continuing education workers,and it is also the fundamental responsibility of continuing education workers.Based on the objective analysis of the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats of the development of adult higher education,Henan University adopts“3333”pragmatic measures to control the scale,improve the structure,guarantee the quality and enhance the efficiency,and scientifically balance the relationship among scale,structure,quality and efficiency.
