互联网时代成人碎片化学习的现实困境与有效策略 被引量:5

摘要 互联网时代下,技术的快速更迭改变了信息的传播方式,知识的爆炸性增长使个体对学习的需求越来越高,碎片化学习成为符合成人快节奏生活的一种新型学习方式,正逐渐受到人们的广泛追捧。然而,碎片化学习在给成人学习带来便捷的同时,也存在着优质资源匮乏、知识难以体系化、认知障碍丛生等问题。通过提高现有碎片化学习资源的“量”与“质”、从源头紧抓碎片化学习资源的制作水平、强化成人对学习策略的掌握、构建成人碎片化学习共同体等策略对相关问题进行解决,有利于成人学习者高效地开展碎片化学习与更好地适应互联网时代下新学习方式的变革。 In the Internet age,rapid technological changes have changed the way of information dissemination.The explosive growth of knowledge has made individuals have higher and higher demands for learning.Fragmented learning has become a new learning method that meets the fastpaced life of adults.Gradually,it is widely sought after by people.However,while it brings convenience to adult learning,there are also problems such as the lack of high-quality resources,the difficulty of knowledge systematization,and the proliferation of cognitive impairments.By improving the"quantity"and"quality"of existing fragmented learning resources,grasping the production level of fragmented learning resources at the source,strengthening the adult’s mastery of learning strategies,and building an adult fragmented learning community to improve related issues,which will help adult learners to efficiently carry out fragmented learning and better adapt to the Internet Changes in new learning methods in the era.
