疲劳强度减弱系数在压力容器设备疲劳评估方面的应用 被引量:1

摘要 按照设计规格书设计的压力容器设备,依据载荷波动的工况,按JB 4732—1995 相关条款的判断不能免除疲劳分析,要按照规范要求做疲劳累计损伤的判断。按规范要求都是取评估点的峰值应力幅值做疲劳分析,建议涉及结构不连续处的点的疲劳评估尽量使用疲劳强度减弱系数这一参数来评估疲劳。掌握这一方法,对正确评估分析点的疲劳损伤有很好的帮助。 The pressure vessel designed from specification with load fluctuation,if cannot be exempted for fatigue analysis from the provisions in JB 4732-1995,fatigue assessment shall be performed.Generally,requested by the standard,the stress amplitude for peak stress at the specific point is assessed.In this article,it was proposed that in the fatigue analysis for uncontinuous points,fatigue strength reduction factor should be applied.With this method,there is great help in correct assessment of fatigue damage occurred in some specific points.
