摘要
采用热成形的方式进行超级双相不锈钢S32750封头的压制后,进行固溶处理消除热成形对材料性能的影响,对母材随炉热过程试板进行力学性能的试验,结果证明S32750在严格控制成形工艺和固溶处理的情况下可以采用热成形的方式进行封头的压制,大幅提高封头制造效率及节约成本,可以在超级双相钢的压力容器上推广使用。
After super duplex steel S32750 made head had been hot formed,it was then treated with solution retreatment so as to eliminate the adverse effects of hot forming to material performance.From the test for the mechanical performance of the specimen which was heat treated with the plain material,it was shown that with strictly controlled processes of forming and solution treatment,super duplex steel can be hot formed.In this way,fabrication efficiency can be greatly enhanced and the cost be reduced.Thus this process may be extensively used in manufacture of pressure vessel.
