壳程传热、压降、振动综合分析

摘要 考察了不同折流板间距对气液两相流体压降、传热和振动性能的影响,找到了折流板间距的平衡值,研究了提高换热管固有频率,提高质量阻尼参数以及提高临界流速的有效方法,并阐述了其理论依据,分析了沿着壳程冷流体流动方向,流体弹性不稳定振动参数不断增加以及壳程进出口非线性的原因。 The effects of different baffle spans to the pressure drop,heat transfer and vibration property for two phased fluids were investigated,from which the balance value of baffle span had been found.The methods for raising natural frequency of heat transfer tube,mass damp coefficient and critical fluid velocity were explored.The theories for these methods were expounded,and the causes of facts that the value of fluid unstable elastic vibration parameter increased continuously and nonlinearity appeared in the flows at inlet and outlet at shell side for cold fluid were analyzed.
