摘要
研究采油联合站输油管道的腐蚀原理与治理技术。在基于API 579算法和ASME-B31G算法的基础上,对管道腐蚀过程进行建模并进行数学分析,在数学分析的基础上,基于CAE平台对管道腐蚀过程进行有限元建模分析,并在有限元模型基础上对三种补强加固方案进行比较分析。最终,在加权因子评分法基础上,对三种方案在采油联合站属于管道腐蚀治理技术领域进行可用性和可靠性比较。最终发现,在当前技术条件下,树脂补强法的可用性更强,而随着碳纤维补强法的技术推广逐步推进,碳纤维补强法因为其良好的力学表达,其应用场景会得到有效扩充。
`In this article,the principle of corrosion occurred in oil pipeline in combined oil extraction station and countering method were studied.Based on the methods in API 579 and ASME B31G,the model for the corrosion process in pipeline was established,and then analyzed by using finite element method and rely on CAE platform.Based on the result from finite element analysis,three reinforcing schemes were compared with weighting factor method for applicability and reliability.It was found finally that under current technical condition,reinforcement using resin is most applicable.With the extension of reinforcing technology by using carbon fiber,its application will be more and more expanded in view of its excellent mechanical properties.
