摘要
以智能制造数控加工生产线生产保险柜锁芯工件为例,设计了智能制造数控加工生产线虚拟仿真实训项目。介绍了项目的设备、工作流程,给出了项目的目标、实施步骤和评分标准,并对项目进行了总结。教学实践表明,这一项目能够有效完成工业机器人机床上下料工作站的布局和仿真,使学生系统掌握机器人智能制造数控加工生产线工作站的设计流程、机械装置的创建方法,以及多机器人通信协调和多机编程等技能,提高学生解决智能制造数控加工生产线实际问题的能力。
Taking the NC machining line for intelligent manufacturing of the lock barrel workpiece for safe case as an example,a virtual simulation training project of the NC machining line for intelligent manufacturing was designed.The equipment and work process of the project were introduced,the objective,implementation steps and scoring standard of the project were given,and the project was summarized.Teaching practice shows that this project can effectively complete the layout and simulation of the industrial robot at loading and unloading workstations of the machine tool,enabling the student to systematically master the design process of the workstation,the creation approach of mechanical device,and the skills including the coordination of multi robot communication and multi computer programming in the NC machining line with robot for intelligent manufacturing,that can improve the student’s ability to solve practical problems in the NC machining line for intelligent manufacturing.
