摘要 砂轮冲程运动是曲线磨削时的主要激励源,其运动学规划直接影响动力学性能。为了减小加工过程中的振动,提高加工稳定性,需要对速度进行合理规划。针对曲线磨削冲程运动的特点,在分析传统速度规划的基础上,提出基于连续急动度的曲线磨削冲程运动速度规划方法,并根据往复运动的特性,进行了改进。对所提出的曲线磨削冲程运动速度规划与传统速度规划进行理论与试验对比,表明所提出的速度规划方法使振动和所需驱动力更小。 The stroke motion of the grinding wheel is the main excitation source during profile grinding,and its kinematics planning directly affects the dynamic performance.In order to reduce vibration during processing and improve processing stability,reasonable speed planning is required.Aiming at the characteristics of the stroke movement of profile grinding,based on the analysis of traditional speed planning,a speed planning method for stroke movement of prfofile grinding based on continuous jerk was proposed.And according to the characteristics of reciprocating motion,improvements had been made.A theoretical and experimental comparison between the proposed speed planning for stroke movement of profile grinding and traditional speed planning shows that the proposed speed planning method makes the vibration and the required driving force smaller.
