摘要 针对输煤系统的轨道设备,为提高其定位效率和精度、降低定位成本、增强位置智能感知,设计了一种基于RFID技术的实时定位系统。该设计以无源RFID标签作为信标进行物理位置标识,将RFID读卡器接入随设备运动的控制系统读取信标进行实时定位。无源RFID标签作为信标在反应一个独立的位置点时,其唯一的ID号方便个体区分,提高了定位效率;通过沿运行轨迹更加密集的布置信标可以提高定位精度;无源RFID标签无功耗、价格低、布置方便,降低了实时定位的成本;非接触式自动识别,使信动标可被运动中的控制系统识别,增强了位置感知的智能化。文中以叶轮给煤机的实时定位为例,详细地介绍了实时定位系统的硬件连接和软件实现,证实了该系统实际应用切实可行,可广泛应用于输煤系统轨道设备实时定位。 To improve the positioning efficiency and accuracy and reduce the positioning cost and to enhance Location aware intelligence for rail equipment of coal-conveying system,a real-time positioning system for rail equipment based on RFID technology is designed.In this system,passive RFID tag is used as beacon for physical location identification,and RFID reader is connected to the control system which moves with the equipment to read beacon for real-time positioning.A passive RFID tag as a beacon to reflect an independent location point,its unique ID number is convenient for individual identification,which improves its location efficiency;The positioning accuracy can be improved by arranging beacons more intensively along the running track;the passive RFID tag has no power consumption,low price and convenient layout,all these reduces the cost of the real-time positioning system;The non-contact automatic identification makes the beacon be identified by the control system which moves with the rail equipment,it enhances the Location aware intelligence.Taking the real-time positioning of impeller coal feeder as an example,this paper introduces the hardware connection and software realization of the control system identification beacon of the track equipment in detail,which proves the practical application of the real-time positioning system is feasible,it can be widely used in real-time positioning of track equipment in coal-conveying system.
