Review on the Operation Mechanism of Hospital Ethics Committees in China

通过梳理中国医院伦理委员会现有的相关研究成果,阐述了医院伦理委员会的起源发展和组织架构,论述了其教育培训、审查及监督、政策研究和咨询服务四大功能及其作用,然后分析中国医院伦理委员会现有运行机制中存在的主要问题及所提出的对策建议,最后揭示了中国医院伦理委员会现有研究中内容有待深入、视角较为局限和方法较为单一的不足之处,并对未来的研究趋势进行了预测,以期为中国医院伦理委员会的深入研究提供新的视角和建议。

By combing the existing relevant research results of hospital ethics committee in China,this paper elaborated the origin development and organizational structure,and discussed the four functions and roles,which including education training,review and supervision,political researches and consult services.Then,it analyzed the main problems existing in the existing operation mechanism of hospital ethics committee in China and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,this paper revealed the shortcomings of the current research on hospital ethics committee in China,such as the content needs to be further studied,the perspective is limited and the method is relatively single.And the future research trend was predicted,to provide new perspectives and suggestions for the in-depth study of hospital ethics committee in China.
