人类正在逐渐步入以算法为核心的智能治理时代。人工智能技术赋能医疗健康领域,将为患者提供智能化的诊疗服务,提升诊疗效率助力医疗服务体系、提高诊疗服务效率和临床决策价值。但是,任何新技术的应用都离不开伦理原则下的价值引导,在智能诊疗领域涉及的诸多伦理问题中,算法伦理居于基础地位。对智能诊疗领域涉及的算法歧视、算法黑箱、算法归责及算法安全等一系列算法伦理风险展开探讨,并试图探索智能诊疗领域的算法治理路径,建立该领域的算法治理信任。

Human beings are gradually stepping into the era of intelligent governance with algorithm as the core.Artificial intelligence technology in the field of medical and health will provide patients with intelligent diagnosis and treatment services,improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment to help the medical service system,improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment services and clinical decision-making value.Then,the application of any innovative technology is inseparable from the value guidance under the ethical principles,and among many ethical issues involved in the field of intelligent diagnosis and treatment,algorithm ethics is the foundation.This paper discussed a series of algorithm ethical risks in the area of intelligent diagnosis and treatment,such as algorithm discrimination,algorithm black box,algorithm imputation and algorithm security,and tried to explore the algorithm governance path in the field of intelligent diagnosis and treatment,and to establish the trust of algorithm governance in this field.
