新冠肺炎疫情中医患命运共同体建设的思考

在面对新冠肺炎疫情时,医患之间呈现了一种相互依存、共同抗争的“共同体”关系。疫情中医患命运共同体的构建,能够确保医疗秩序有序运行,深度改善医患之间的协同关系,充分体现以人为本的价值理念。不可避免的,在疫情期间医患命运共同体面临一系列挑战,一方面是人力、物力资源紧张,患者体验差;另一方面是焦虑情绪蔓延,精神压力较大。为了构建和谐医患关系,首先需要加强制度建设,强化伦理管理;其次,要渗透人文情怀,营造和谐氛围;最后,强化医患共情,提高医患互信,构建和谐医患关系。

In the face of the epidemic,there is a“community”relationship between doctors and patients,which is interdependent and common struggle.Building a doctor-patient destiny community and patients in the epidemic,which can ensure the orderly operation of medical order,deeply improve the coordination between doctors and patients,and fully embody the value concept of people-oriented.Inevitably,the doctor-patient destiny community faced a series of challenges during the epidemic,the most prominent of which are,on the one hand,the shortage of human and material resources,the poor experience of patients,on the other hand,the spread of anxiety and psychological pressure.In addition,due to long-term overload work,the medical staff also accumulated more bad emotions,in order to build the life of doctors and patients during the epidemic,firstly,strengthen system construction and ethical management;secondly,permeate human feelings and create a harmonious atmosphere;finally,strengthen the empathy between doctors and patients,improve understanding and trust,and construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
