摘要
国家能源集团鸳鸯湖电厂2×1100MW超超临界间接空冷机组大规模应用了现场总线技术。与传统DCS控制相比,现场总线技术的大规模应用,在就地设备中实现了更多的控制、多种类变化量的监测和传输、仪表参数的远程设置、基于自诊断原理的现场设备故障预判维护和管理等,同时节省了安装维护成本。现场总线设备的应用大大提高了该电厂的数字化、智能化水平。
The 2×1100MW ultra-supercritical indirect air cooling unit of Yuanyang Lake Power Plant of the State Energy Group has applied fieldbus technology on a large scale.Compared with traditional DCS control,the large-scale application of fieldbus technology has realized more control,multi-variable measurement and transmission,remote setting of instrument settings,predictive maintenance and management of field equipment based on self-diagnosis principle,etc.at the same time.
