摘要 随着科学技术的发展,可再生能源的应用越发广泛,产业规模也实现了快速扩大,对于优化和完善我国能源结构起到了非常好的作用。根据国务院相关部门的最新统计,我国新能源的应用不断增多,风电装机总容量突破了2亿kW,在整体层面的发电总量当中,风电装机占比超过了10%。光伏发电整体容量超过了3000万kW,实际增长速度达到了17.3%。虽然新能源发电在很多方面表现出了自身优势,但是,与传统的发电方式比较也存在着诸多不足,主要体现在容易受到自然环境、地形地质等条件的限制,具有非常明显的间歇性特点,在自然地理位置分布上非常不均衡,接入时对电网稳定性及可控性造成影响,造成“弃光、弃风”等问题,从而制约了其发展。大规模储能技术的应用能够有效地提高风能和光伏发电的可控性和系统稳定水平,对于保障电网安全,改善电能质量,提高能源利用率具有重要作用,近年来得到了快速的发展。 Driven by the development of science and technology,the application of renewable energy resources has become more extensive,and the scale of the industry has also achieved rapid growth,which has played a very good role in optimizing and perfecting my country’s energy resource structure.According to the latest statistics from relevant departments of the State Council,the application of new energy in my country is increasing.The total installed capacity of wind power has exceeded 200 million kilowatts.Among the total power generation at the overall level,the installed capacity of wind power accounts for more than 10%.The overall capacity of photovoltaic power generation has exceeded 30 million kilowatts,and the actual growth rate has reached 17.3%.Although new energy power generation has shown its own advantages in many aspects,it also has many shortcomings compared with previous power generation.It is mainly reflected in the susceptibility to the restriction of natural environment,topography and geology,and it has very obvious intermittent time.Characteristic,it is very uneven in the natural geographical location,which will affect the stability and controllability of the power grid when connected,thus restricting its development,and causing problems such as“abandonment of light and wind”.The application of large-scale energy storage technology can effectively improve the controllability of power generation and the level of system stability.It plays an important role in ensuring grid security,improving power quality,and increasing energy utilization.It has been rapidly developed in recent years.
