发电机控制模块PPU是在海洋石油装备及船舶应用领域广泛应用的多功能发电机保护和控制产品,实现发电机启动停止、主开关闭合断开、相位与同步、负载分配等关键控制技术,是电站管理的核心部件。随着海洋开发装备的高速发展,电气设备更新换代较快,老平台所使用的许多电气配件原厂家已停止生产,新型号配件与老型号配件不兼容。本文就中油海33平台发电机控制模块PPU升级改造进行探讨,为电气设备配件升级提供一定技术参考。

Generator control module PPU is a multi-functional generator protection and control product widely used in the field of offshore oil equipment and Marine applications.It realizes the key control technologies such as generator start and stop,main switch closure and disconnection,phase and synchronization,load distribution and so on,and is the core component of power station management.With the rapid development of Marine development equipment,the electrical equipment is updated quickly.Many of the original electrical parts used by the old platform have stopped production,and the new model parts are not compatible with the old model parts.This paper discusses the PPU upgrade and transformation of the generator control module of Zhongyouhai 33 platform,and provides some technical reference for the upgrade of electrical equipment accessories.
