凝汽器在线冲洗机器人在大型煤电机组冷端节能效果分析

摘要 针对闭式冷却机组凝汽器存在胶球收球率低、管口杂物堵塞或沉积硬垢等问题,介绍了一种基于逐排定点清洗技术的凝汽器在线冲洗机器人技术,并通过600MW机组凝汽器实际应用与试验分析,验证了该技术能够解决目前凝汽器存在的多种技术问题,对于提高凝汽器换热效率,提升循环泵节电效益和检修效率等方面具有独到的作用,为大型煤电机组冷端系统深度节能提供了宝贵的经验。 Aiming at the problems of low ball collecting rate,blockage of foreign matters at the pipe orifice or deposition of hard scale in the condenser of closed cooling unit,this paper introduces a kind of on-line cleaning robot technology for condenser based on row by row fixed-point cleaning technology,and through the practical application and experimental analysis of the condenser of 600 MW unit,it is verified that this technology can solve various technical problems existing in the condenser at present,which is very important for improving the quality of condenser It plays a unique role in improving the heat exchange efficiency of the steam turbine,improving the power saving efficiency and maintenance efficiency of the circulating pump,and provides valuable experience for the deep energy saving of the cold end system of large coal-fired power units.
