摘要
低温供气连接器(以下简称“连接器”)作为运载火箭箭地接口的关键设备,主要用于氢箱、氧箱射前增压及低温气瓶充气等功能,采用手动或半自动对接、自动脱落。连接器是否能够可靠脱落直接影响火箭的正常发射流程,甚至可能会造成任务的推迟或终止。根据之前发生的质量问题,开展了连接器脱落可靠性提升工作,并进行相应的试验验证和分析,为连接器安全可靠使用提供数据支持。
The connector of cryogenic gas between launch vehicle and ground equipment is the key interface equipment in the propellant loading and draining system.It is mainly used for pressurization of hydrogen tank and oxygen tank before launching and charging of low-temperature gas cylinder.It adopts manual or semi-automatic docking and automatic fall off.Whether the connector can reliably fall off directly affects the normal launch process of the rocket,and may even cause the delay or termination of the mission.According to the previous quality problems,the work of improving the reliability of connector falling off and the corresponding test verification and analysis is carried out,and it provides data support for the safe and reliable use of the connector.
