摘要
针对大质量机动再入飞行器和高载荷条件,提出一种爆炸螺栓捕获器设计方案,并对爆炸螺栓的分离捕获过程进行了仿真计算;设计了可捕获可靠性试验,利用空气炮模拟爆炸螺栓分离冲击;通过高速、低速边界捕获试验,对捕获可靠性进行了评估。结果表明:捕获器设计方案及仿真计算正确,单个捕获器的捕获可靠度达到0.9999。
An explosive bolt capture device is designed for heavy maneuvering reentry vehicle and high load conditions.The separating and capturing process simulation is computed.Capturing reliability test is developed based on gas gun simulating the separating impact,and the reliability is evaluated by capturing test of high speed boundary and low speed boundary.It is concluded that design and simulation of the capture device is correct,and the capturing reliability of single device reaches 0.9999.
