摘要
陶瓷基复合材料机械连接结构强度分析与设计对提高结构承载效率起着至关重要的作用。采用Abaqus有限元软件研究了间隙配合精度对C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料与高温合金沉头螺栓连接结构高温拉伸性能的影响,并讨论了结构失效损伤扩展机制。结果表明:750℃工况下沉头螺栓豁口深度为1.7mm,间隙为0.8%时连接结构承载能力达到最大值。研究结果将为航空航天领域陶瓷基复合材料连接结构的设计和应用提供理论指导。
The strength analysis and design of ceramic matrix composite countersunk head bolt joint structure play a vital role in improving bearing efficiency of joint structure.The effect of clearance level on high temperature tensile performances of C/SiC composites and superalloy countersunk bolted joint is studied by using the Abaqus finite element software.The damage progression modes as the structure fails are discussed.The results show that when the countersunk height and the clearance fit accuracy are 1.7mm and 0.8%,respectively,the countersunk head bolt joint structure reaches the maximum bearing capacity under 750℃working condition.The present research provides theoretical guidance for design and application of CMC materials in aerospace and aeronautical fields.
