应用型本科高校教师队伍建设现状及对策研究——以广东省12所试点转型本科高校为例

On the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Faculty Construction i n Applied Undergraduate Universities:A Case Study of 12 Pilot Transformation Undergraduate Universit ies in Guangdong Province

地方本科高校向应用型转变是我国高等教育发展的重点,“双师双能型”教师队伍建设是高校转型发展的关键和难点所在。从广东省12所试点转型本科高校教师队伍的相关数据分析发现,普遍存在教师数量不足、“双师型”教师数量不足、兼职教师数量不足三个问题,究其原因主要是省级政府层面的政策保障不完善、高校层面试点推进力度不够、教师层面的动力不足。因此,应分别从省级政府层面、高校层面、教师层面提出改进措施,促进应用型本科高校教师队伍的改善与提升。

The transformation of local undergraduate universities to applied universities is the focus of China's higher education development.The construction of a contingent of"dual-qualified and dualtalented"teachers is the key and difficult point in the transformation and development of universities.This paper analyzes the relevant data of 12 pilot transformation undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province,and finds that there is a shortage of teachers,"dual-qualified"teachers and part-time teachers.The main reasons are:inadequate policy guarantee at the provincial government level,the lack of force in promoting the transformation of pilot universities and the insufficient motivation of teachers.Therefore,measures should be proposed from the levels of the provincial government,universities and teachers to improve the faculty construction in applied undergraduate universities.
