摘要
建设中职"双师型"教师队伍是加快推进职业教育现代化的基础性工作,也是保证技术应用型人才培养质量的关键。根据全国教育统计数据,应用多元线性回归方法对中职"双师型"教师队伍的影响因素进行显著性分析,结果表明:在线性影响条件下,学历、年龄、性别、职称、专业以及生师比结构是中职"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要影响因素。因此应从以上方面入手采取相应措施,加强中职"双师型"人才队伍建设。
Building a contingent of"dual-qualified"teachers in secondary vocational schools is the basic work for accelerating the modernization of vocational education,and it is also the key to ensuring the quality of cultivating application-oriented personnel.Based on the national education statistics,the multiple linear regression method is used to conduct a significant analysis on the factors affecting the construction of a"dual-qualified"faculty in secondary vocational schools.The analysis results show that under the conditions of linear influence,educational background,age,gender,professional titles,majors and student-teacher ratios are the main factors influencing the construction of a"dual-qualified"teaching team in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,corresponding measures should be taken from the above aspects.
