云南某硫化铅锌矿选矿试验研究 被引量:10

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a Lead Zinc Sulfide Ore in Yunnan

摘要 云南某硫化铅锌矿中Pb的品位为6.82%、Zn的品位为21.03%,主要脉石矿物是方解石、白云石等,且矿石中含黄铁矿较多,对铅锌选矿造成一定的影响。对该矿采用优先浮选的工艺流程,通过条件试验确定各浮选作业的最佳技术参数。最终,通过铅硫混选选铅,铅硫混选产品进行铅硫分选,铅硫分选尾矿进行锌硫分选,中矿依次返回上一作业;选锌“一粗三扫”中矿依次返回上一作业的闭路试验流程。通过加入重新设计选别药剂和采取优化后的工艺流程,最终获得:铅含量为66.1%、回收率为88.95%的合格铅精矿;硫精矿中含硫50.11%、含铁42.91%,有效地抑制了黄铁矿;获得含锌61.6%、回收率为95.16%的合格锌精矿,同时铅精矿中含银410.9g/t,使该矿石中的银金属得到了有效富集,有效实现了金属的综合利用。 A lead-zinc sulfide ore in Yunnan assays grade of 6.82%Pb and 21.03%Zn.The main gangue minerals are calcite,dolomite and so on,and the ore contains a lot of pyrite,which has a certain impact on lead-zinc beneficiation.The flotation process is adopted and the optimal technical parameters of each flotation operation are determined through condition tests.Finally,lead is floated through lead sulfur bulk flotation,lead and sulfur bulk concentrate products were treated for lead and sulfur separation.Zinc and sulfur are separated from tailings of lead and sulfur separation.Middlings are returned to the previous operation in turn,and the middlings of"one roughing and three scavenging"of zinc are returned to the closed-circuit test process of the previous operation in turn.Through the addition of redesigned reagents and the adoption optimized process flow.The qualified lead concentrate with lead content of 66.1%and recovery rate of 88.95%is obtained.The sulfur content in the sulfur concentrate is 50.11%and the iron content is 42.91%,which effectively inhibits pyrite.The qualified zinc concentrate with zinc content of 61.6%and recovery rate of 95.16%was obtained.At the same time,the silver content in the lead concentrate was 410.9g/t.The silver in the ore has been effectively enriched.The comprehensive utilization of metal is realized effectively.
