吉林某选厂铁精矿脱硫试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着中国经济的迅猛发展,铁矿石的需求量日益增加,对外依存度已超过75%。我国铁矿资源整体禀赋较差,生产的铁精矿中常伴有含硫矿物,在冶炼过程中会形成大量有害气体SO2,且影响钢铁产品的性能。因此采用选矿手段进行预先脱硫。试验所用矿样来自吉林某选厂的高硫铁精矿,Fe品位为66.19%,S品位为0.64%。含铁矿物主要为磁铁矿,少量为赤铁矿、磁黄铁矿和铁铝榴石,硫的主要载体为磁黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要为石英。试验采用磨矿后浮选和直接浮选两种工艺对其进行脱硫。利用条件试验和正交试验,确定磨矿后浮选工艺粗选最佳药剂制度为:硫酸800g/t、X-43200g/t、丁黄400g/t、松醇油30g/t。最终获得硫品位0.104%、铁品位66.86%的脱硫铁精矿。直接浮选采用一粗三扫浮选工艺,最终获得硫品位0.112%、铁品位67.04%的脱硫铁精矿。 With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the demand for iron ore has increased day by day,and its dependency on foreign sources has exceeded 75%.The overall endowment of mineral resources in China is poor.The produced iron concentrates are often mixed with sulfur-bearing minerals,and a large amount of harmful gas SO2is formed during the smelting process,and affect the performance of steel products,for this,beneficiation methods are used for pre-desulfurization.The sample used in the experiment comes from a high-sulfur iron concentrate of a mill plant in Jilin,with the Fe grade of 66.19%and the S grade of 0.64%.The iron ore content is mainly magnetite,with a small amount of hematite,pyrrhotite and almandine.The main carrier of sulfur is pyrrhotite,and gangue minerals are mainly quartz.The test adopts two processes of flotation after grinding and direct flotation to desulfurize it.Using condition test and orthogonal test,it is determined that the best reagent system for roughing process of flotation after grinding is 800g/t sulfuric acid,200g/t X-43,400g/t BUTYL xanthate,30g/t Pine oil.Finally,a desulfurized iron concentrate with a sulfur grade of 0.104%and an iron grade of 66.86%is obtained.Direct flotation adopts one-stage rough and three-stage scavenging flotation process to finally obtain a desulfurized iron concentrate with a sulfur grade of 0.112%and an iron grade of 67.04%.
