摘要
目前,摩托车国Ⅳ标准GB14622-2016和GB18176-2016中的蒸发试验采用的方法为昼间换气损失试验+热浸损失试验。其中昼间换气损失试验油箱加热的试验方法存在一些问题,例如破坏样车,传感器安装密封等。使用密闭室整体变温(VT-SHED)的试验方法可以有效地避免此类问题,为未来摩托车蒸发试验检测提供了一个新的方法,主要研究了密闭室整体升温法时存在的一些问题。
At present, the evaporation test of national motorcycle standard GB14622-2016 and GB18176-2016 adopts the method of diurnal loss test and hot-soak loss test. There are some problems with heating oil tank in the diurnal loss test, such as destroying the sample vehicle and installing the sensor air tightness. The variable whole temperature method in sealed housing(VT-SHED) can effectively avoid such problems, providing a new method for future motorcycle evaporation test. This paper mainly studies some problems existing in the whole temperature rise method of the SHED.
