摘要
本试验对大百部开展人工授粉,研究不同授粉方式对大百部坐果及种子性状的影响,以期为其种子繁殖提供参考。结果表明,大百部自然授粉坐果率为19.6%,自花授粉不坐果,同株异花授粉坐果率为20%,异株异花授粉坐果率在80%以上且种子饱满度高。说明大百部自交亲和性差,人工授粉可提高其坐果率和种子质量。
Artificial pollination experiment was carried out to study the effects of different pollination methods on fruit setting and seed traits of Stemona tuberose,in order to provide references for seed reproduction.The results showed that the fruit setting rate of Stemona tuberosa was 19.6%by natural pollination,self-pollination didn′t produce fruit,the fruit setting rate of Stemona tuberosa was 20%by cross-pollination of the same plant,and the fruit setting rate of Stemona tuberosa was more than 80%and seed fullness was high by cross-pollination of different plants.The results indicated that the self-compatibility of Stemona tuberosa was poor,and artificial pollination could improve its fruit setting rate and seed quality.
