冀南地区紫花耧斗菜和华北耧斗菜种子萌发试验

Seed Germination Experiment of Aquilegia viridiflora and Aquilegia yabeana in Southern Hebei Province

本文开展了冀南地区紫花耧斗菜和华北耧斗菜的种子萌发试验。结果表明:紫花耧斗菜和华北耧斗菜成熟后不需要低温打破休眠便可萌发,最适宜温度条件均为变温昼20℃/夜15℃;在一定浓度范围内,GA3、IAA、IBA对紫花耧斗菜和华北耧斗菜种子均有促进萌发的作用,GA3处理的促进作用最为显著。最佳萌发条件均为200 mg/L GA3浸泡24 h、光照8 h/d、昼20℃/夜15℃。紫花耧斗菜和华北耧斗菜种子寿命较短,贮藏时间不宜超过8个月。

Seed germination experiments of Aquilegia viridiflora and Aquilegia yabeana in southern Hebei Province were carried out in this paper.The results showed that A.viridiflora and A.yabeana didn′t need low temperature to break dormancy to germinate after the mature,and the optimal temperature was 20℃in day/15℃at night;in a certain concentration range,GA3,IAA and IBA could promote the germination of A.viridiflora and A.yabeana,GA3 treatment had the most significant promoting effect.The optimal germination conditions were 200 mg/L GA3 soaking for 24 h,light for 8 h/d,and 20℃in day/15℃at night.A.viridiflora and A.yabeana had relatively short seed life,and the storage time should not exceed 8 months.
