摘要
对江西地区某银铅锌多金属矿进行选矿试验研究,原矿组成复杂且矿物间嵌布关系复杂,原矿中的有价元素主要以硫化矿形式存在,入选矿石品位为Ag 158.9 g/t、Pb 2.01%、Zn 2.95%。为了更好地实现银铅锌元素综合回收,选用"硫化银铅浮选—锌硫混合浮选再分离锌—锌硫混浮尾矿再选硫"流程工艺进行浮选,最终获得Pb品位43.32%、回收率86.17%、Ag品位2667.6 g/t、Ag回收率66.41%的铅精矿产品,Zn品位40.32%、回收率76.79%的锌精矿产品,较好地实现了原矿中Pb、Zn、S元素及伴生Ag元素的综合回收利用。
The mineral processing experiment of a silver lead zinc polymetallic ore in Jiangxi Province was studied.The composition and the relationship between minerals of the ore are complex.The valuable elements in the ore mainly exist in the form of sulfide ore.The grade of the ore is Ag 158.9 g/t,Pb 2.01%and Zn 2.95%.In order to better realize the comprehensive recovery of silver,lead and zinc,the process consisting of silver sulfide lead flotation,zinc sulfur mixed flotation and separation zinc,sulfur flotation from sulfur mixed flotation tailings was selected.Finally,the lead concentrate with Pb grade of 43.32%and recovery rate of 86.17%,Ag grade of 2667.6 g/t,Ag recovery rate of 66.41%and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 40.32%and recovery rate of 76.79%are obtained.The comprehensive recovery and utilization of Pb,Zn,S elements and associated Ag elements in raw ore are well realized.
