铌元素加入方式对R60705铸锭生产工艺的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Nb Addition on R60705 Ingot Production Process

摘要 通过试验,对比Nb元素以ZrNb22、铌屑、铌粉三种加入方式及布料方式对R60705铸锭熔炼的影响。结果表明:铌元素以ZrNb22中间合金混料的形式加入时,ZrNb22中间合金密度与锆相近,易于熔化,但在实际生产中该合金压制的电极块致密度差且疏松,不利于电极的焊接,易造成熔炼中断;当铌元素以铌屑混料的形式加入时,电极块相对致密,其破碎过程相对繁琐,不利于生产;铌粉以混料的形式加入时,熔炼过程中容易形成冶金缺陷,将铌粉以合金包的形式放置电极块中可以有效地解决铌粉直接落入熔池形成冶金缺陷的风险。 The experiment compared the effects of different Nb adding and distributing methods with ZrNb22、Nb scraps and Nb powder.The results show that when Nb element is added in the form of ZrNb22 master alloy,the density of ZrNb22 approachs that of Zr,so it is easy to melt.But in production,the densification of electrode blocks pressed by the alloys is poor and loose,which is not conducive to the welding of electrode,resulting in melting interruption.When Nb element is added in the form of Nb scraps,the electrode blocks are relatively close.However,the crushing process is relatively complicated,which is not conducive to production.When Nb element is added in the form of Nb powder,metallurgical defects are easily formed in the melting process.But the form of alloy package can effectively solve the risk of Nb powder directly falling into the molten pool and forming metallurgical defects.
