摘要
本文针对工业机器人示教编程和离线编程人工参与程度高且定位精度不准确等问题,开发了机器人自主编程控制系统。该系统利用C#语言在Visual Studio平台上开发软件控制模块;利用上、下位机变量同步等技术实现上位机对机器人的实时通信与控制。此外,在RobotStudio中搭建虚拟机器人系统,通过仿真验证自主编程生成的行动指令;而且搭建实际应用系统进行试验验证。结果表明,开发的系统功能满足基础操作需求,运行可靠,适用范围广,具有较强的兼容性。
This paper has developed an auto-programming control system of industrial robot for solving the problems of high manual participation and inaccurate positioning accuracy in teaching programming or off-line programming of industrial robot.The system uses C#language to develop software control modules on the platform of visual studio,and applies the technology of upper and lower computer variable synchronization to realize the real-time communication and control between host computer and robot.Besides,in order to simulate and verify the action instructions generated by auto-programming technology,a virtual robot system was built in RobotStudio and establish a real application system for experimental verification.The results show that the developed system functions,which have a wide range of applications and strong compatibility,meet basic operation requirements and operate reliably.
