摘要
由于钢水机器人自动测温取样过程中钢水检测棒自动输出装置结构复杂、控制繁琐、故障率高。本文研究开发的钢水检测棒无动力自动输出装置可批量装入检测棒,并且利用曲线形导槽的导引和检测棒自身的重力作用,实现了检测棒无动力自动输出,结构简单、成本低、工作可靠、效率高,对钢水机器人自动测温取样技术的发展和推广应用具有重要促进作用。
In the process of the robot automatic thermometry and sampling technology of liquid steel,the existing liquid steel detection rod automatic output device has complex structure,cumbersome control and high failure rate.The unpowered auto-output device of liquid steel detection rod was developed in this paper,it can be loaded into the detection rod in batches.As well,the unpowered auto-output detection rod is realized by using the guidance of the curvilinear guided groove and the gravity of the detection rod.The device has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,reliable operation and high efficiency.It will play an important role in promoting the development and application of robot automatic thermometry and sampling technology of liquid steel.
