摘要
为研究汽车前保各因素对吸能的影响,设计正交试验,以前保正面低速碰撞吸能作为性能指标,利用极差分析和方差分析,着重研究汽车前保各部件材料及厚度对其性能指标的影响,并根据结果获得了最优参数组合。对优化后的参数组合进行仿真验证,实现了汽车前保减重15.7%,吸能提高114%。
In order to study the influence of various factors of automobile bumper on collision energy absorption,the orthogonal test is designed.The low-speed collision energy absorption is used as the performance index.The range analysis and variance analysis are used to study the effects of the material for the bumper parts and its thickness on automobile performance index.The impact of the indicator,and the optimal combination of parameters is obtained based on the results.The simulation verified the optimized parameter combination,the results show that the bumper weight of the car is reduced by 15.7%,and the energy absorption is increased by 114%.
