社区社会组织参与治理的创新路径研究

On the Innovation Path of Community Social Organizations Participating in Governance

作为新兴的组织形式,社区社会组织是以实现共同治理为目标的社区建设重要主体,也是社会服务职能发挥作用的体现者,在社区治理过程发挥着越来越重要的作用。可以从社区社会组织的功能入手,分析社区社会组织参与治理的现状和问题,提出增强社区居民参与意愿、提升社区社会组织公信力、建立专业化人才培养机制、完善相关制度体系和建立有效监督机制等创新路径,为实现社区社会组织更好地参与治理提供参考。

As a new form of organization,community social organization is an important subject of community construction with the goal of realizing community joint governance,as well as a manifestation of social service function,which plays an increasingly important role in the process of community governance.This paper obtains from the function of social organizations in the community,analyzes present situation and problems of community social organizations participating in management,and puts forward innovation paths,namely enhancing community residents to participate,promoting community social organizations credibility,establishing professional talent training mechanism,improving relevant system and establishing effective supervision mechanism,in order to provide the reference for realizing community social organizations to better participate in community governance.
